Patient Demographics: Adults only

Physicians in Practice: 3 Rad Onco

Midlevel in Practice: 1

Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy External Beam RadiationIMRT and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

4 locations

Location needs would be PRN as vacation/coverage needs emerge.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

OH License

BLS/ACLS

DEA

Must be willing to cover the locations as listed.

Flu Vaccination

COVID Vaccination (preferred)
