Annual salary from $63 700 to $71 000 based on your experience and skills.

Permanent fulltime position 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm with the possibility of oncall work or additional shifts as needed.
Hybrid role requiring 3 days of office presence each week. During the 90day probationary period full office presence is required for optimal integration.

Responsibilities
You play a key role in managing and guiding a team of 1520 claim evaluators specialized in rental vehicle collision and damage insurance purchase insurance and extended warranty protection. You ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining the quality and accuracy of services from claim initiation to resolution.
Your main responsibilities include:
Supervising and ensuring compliance with service standards and team objectives aligned with the company s strategic vision.
Monitoring individual and collective performance and providing regular feedback.
Managing team schedules and attendance.
Identifying training coaching and employee development needs.
Developing and optimizing teamspecific processes and guidelines to ensure efficiency.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in administration or equivalent experience in management.
2 years of experience in a team supervision role.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (required).
Ability to effectively use English for interoffice collaboration particularly with teams located in Windsor Ontario as well as for communication with international departments including those in Miami Mexico and other locations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Word and Excel.
Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with rigor and organization.
Strong orientation towards excellence and customer satisfaction.
Proactivity autonomy and ability to work in a resultsdriven environment.
Knowledge of management principles call center performance metrics and property and casualty insurance claims (an asset).
