What You ll Do:
Onsite Preventative Maintenance disassemble replace all tubing and wear parts in our bench top size analyzers.
Become an expert on our entire product line of Discrete Segmented Flow and Sample Preparation Instruments
Teach our Customers the proper maintenance tasks to do on a daily weekly monthly and six month basis following checklists
Plan schedule and perform service activities assigned to you on a monthly basis
Provide direct customer support for training parts purchasing and preventative maintenance programs
Provide assistance to customers by phone email or in person
Report on trends needs and service challenges to keep Company up to date on customer requirements
Maintain inventory accuracy and follow proper parts inventory programs for customer accounts and for assigned service stock
Repair of customer instruments in our factory repair center
Assist with ongoing assembly of new instruments as required
What we re looking for:
2 year electronic degree/certificate
35 years related industry experience ideally
Love of travel as youll be away 24 days of work week not weekends.
Individual should have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
Must be able to follow direction when given a task from Operations/Service Manager or designee in charge of install
Working knowledge of Digital Electronics
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Organized handle travel arrangements expense reports customer appointments
Valid Drivers license
Must be able to do a 200 lb. joint lift minimum 50 lb. lift alone.
Feel comfortable in teaching a customer in the proper use of Company instruments
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
