Position Overview
Central Academy is always on the lookout for rightminded and talented individuals. While the number of open positions might be extremely limited we remain open to considering the right candidates who align with our values and vision in any of the following segments:
- Nursery Trained Teachers (NTT)
- Primary Teacher (PRT)
- Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
- Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
- Subject Experts (Language STEM Computer Science etc.)
Requirements
Requirements
- Possess a postgraduate degree along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) OR Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification.
- Have a strong command of your chosen subject.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and interact positively with students.
- Feel comfortable working as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues.
- Proficiency in computer and web skills to leverage technology for teaching purposes.
- Have a good command of the English and Hindi languages (knowledge of a regional language is a plus!).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
