- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 01 years of experience in residential roofing installation.
- Experience with job site management and knowledge of production tools and equipment.
- Strong leadership qualities and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or related education.
- Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) to enhance communication.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
