Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the heart of customer support in the healthcare industry. Your role will involve responding to inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction with professionalism and efficiency.
Your Daily Tasks
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns via phone email and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve customer problems escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Develop and sustain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate support and information.
- Document Interactions: Record customer interactions and issues accurately in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Relay Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to enhance products and services.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with team members and departments to ensure seamless customer support and problem resolution.
- Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators including response times resolution times and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
Experience: 35 years in customer service preferably in healthcare.
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in customer support tools and CRM systems.
Attributes:
- Able to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- With strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Empathetic and customerfocused.

- Positive team player.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor s degree preferred).
Nice to Have: Knowledge of the CDPAP program or willingness to learn.
