Patient Demographics: Adult & Geriatric

Admissions Required: Yes

Support Staff: RN

Required Procedures/Duties:

Radiation Oncology Emergent/Urgent clinic visits & Treatment Planning and Treatment Supervision.

Equipment: Machine is a Varian True Beam; Treatment planning is in Eclipse.

EMR: Epic Aria

Other Info:

Sporadic vacation coverage.

EMR Required Training: Module (learn lessons): Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.

EMR Virtual training: Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed prior to the providers 1st day.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CO License or IMLC

Must be available for most of the dates specified.

Must acknowledge & understand the EMR training requirements.
