Job Description

What youll do...

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that strategically enhance the propertys visibility drive revenue growth across all departments and F&B outlets and maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with the sales and revenue teams to ensure an aligned approach develop offers and campaigns that drive revenue for the entire property.
  • Engage with operational teams to identify key business objectives providing innovative marketing solutions to effectively support achieve and exceed these goals.
  • Provide functional leadership and strategic support for your team executive leadership internal customers vendors agencies and more.
  • Manage and oversee all digital aspects of the property website email marketing social media channels etc. Ensure information is accurate current and engaging.
  • Lead the creation and execution of onproperty marketing communications that resonate with guests and drive brand engagement across all onsite experiences.
  • With the support of Ennismore corporate teams manage internal and external agencies to execute performancedriven strategies support hotel and F&B visibility and ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop ownable ongoing programming that differentiates Delano Miami Beach in the market to attract guests and locals.
  • Create relationships with the community local press influencers and tastemakers and coordinate media stays and events to host these audiences at the hotel.
  • Assist the Ennismore teams in styling and execution of photoshoots and other events that might require onsite assistance.
  • Budget development and ongoing budget management.
  • Tracking and resolving problems and issues escalated by end users. Establishing procedures to solve problems.
  • Ensure guests feel welcome and are given responsive friendly and courteous service always.

Qualifications :

What were looking for...

  • A bachelors degree with an emphasis in Marketing is strongly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in progressive roles within a marketing function preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
  • Proficient understanding of systems such as: Microsoft Word Excel Powerpoint & Outlook Opera Canva Sprout etc.
  • Someone with a passion and knowledge of the arts design and the hospitality industry who has their finger on the pulse in Miami and beyond.
  • A creative campaign thinker from ideation to delivery who is capable of translating ideas and visions into the hotel operation.
  • Ability to multitask work in a fastpaced environment meet deadlines and have a highlevel attention to detail.
  • You have a passion for hospitality you inspire an enthusiastic guestcentered approach.
  • You can turn any situation around into a positive experience for all guests and team alike.
  • You think big and encourage your team to believe.
  • You are comfortable with the strategic as well as day to day detail.
  • You are a natural at leading and managing others and you lead by example creating an environment where your team can be their best self.
  • You are able to easily identify and utilize emerging trends and technology to generate revenue. 
  • You exhibit a professional attitude diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations.
  • You are highly responsible reliable and ethical. A reputation for honesty and integrity.
  • You get things done independently and skilled at taking decisive action.
