Job Description

Position: Senior IT Program Manager
Location: Online (Locals preferred)
Client: State of Georgia
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to support organizational change management and data governance initiatives. This remote role focuses on enhancing the readiness and adoption of new technologies and processes within a higher education environment. The successful candidate will design and implement training programs and communication strategies to ensure compliance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for IT projects.
  • Create engaging training resources using tools like Articulate 360 Adobe Captivate and Vyond.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track and assess change progress during project lifecycles.
  • Design multimedia content (videos elearning modules job aids) tailored for diverse learning styles.
  • Establish effective communication strategies to inform and engage the data governance community.
