Job Description
Associates or Bachelors degree in Surveying Technology.
PA Professional Land Surveyor (PLS).
Valid PA Drivers License required.
Proven track record of effective direction of and communication with field crews.
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 for the complete preparation of all documents including but not limited to parcel maps and plans record of surveys subdivision mapping ALTA/ACSM surveys topographical surveys legal descriptions boundary resolution etc.
Strong research skills and knowledge in boundary line determination and dispute resolution.
Knowledgeable in the function and use of Trimble instrumentation GPS robotic and traditional survey instruments and other PCbased software.
Knowledge of the use of HighDefinition Scanning and Drone technology preferred.
Persistent assertive selfmotivated individual with excellent communication skills.
