Job Description
Seeking a Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team of hospitalists at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose CA. Ranked One of the Top 5 Happiest Cites and Best Places to Live for Quality of Life in the US!
Job Description:
- At least 1 year of current inpatient Hospitalist work experience is required. Must be able to provide at interview the last 12 months worth of case logs from a hospital setting.
- Responsibilities include seeing patients on the pediatric floor normal newborn exams and ER consults.
- Good pediatric subspecialty support.
- NICU is covered by our affiliated group of neonatologists.
- Diverse patient population.
- Schedule is ten 24hour shifts per month with call from home.
- Ideal candidate is a team player will get along well with people and will hold an active California license.
- Not accepting new graduate candidates must have current work experience as Peds Hospitalist
- This is a fulltime permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.

- Will not accept candidates with lapsed Board Certification who need to obtain it again

- Base compensation is xx255K

Requirement description :
- Board Certified in Pediatrics REQUIRED
- CA license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/License History HIGHLY PREFERRED
- At least 1 year of current inpatient Hospitalist work experience. Must be able to provide at interview the last 12 months worth of case logs from a hospital setting. (note in Experience field) REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS
- Does the provider require visa support J1 or H1B (note in Additional Submission Details field) REQUIRED
