Payrate: OPEN (Depending on the exprience)
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or
- Minimum 58 years experience performing ITSM and/or ITOM configuring and customization within ServiceNow tables glide scripting business rules client scripts custom apps
- 3 years of demonstrated experience with HRSD EAM SecOps GRC IRM and ITAM modules and associated applications/capabilities
- Demonstrated experience as technical lead in more than 3 ServiceNow implementations at least 2 which were in federal agencies
- Experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) administration
- Demonstrated hands on experience with ServiceNow platform and associated modules
- Experience with implementing web services in ServiceNow jQuery Java CMDB and/or asset integrations in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services
