Job Description
We seek a skilled and experienced International Operations Manager to oversee our organizations international operations.
The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate international operational activities ensure efficient and effective operations processes and lead international projects.
The International Operations Manager will be expected to work closely with various international teams drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with global and local regulations.
S /he will oversee direct and coordinate the companys operations in foreign countries ensuring that all international activities align with RESILIVs overall strategy and goals
Tasks
- Plan direct and coordinate the organizations operations internationally.
- Improve operational systems processes and policies to support the organizations mission.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services through improvements and coordination with other business functions.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce results consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure effective and efficient performance management of the international operations team.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an operations manager or in a similar role in an international context.
- Knowledge of the industrys legal rules and guidelines.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with budget development and oversight.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration Logistics or a relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
- PMP; PRINCE2 or ITIL certification is a plus.
