Strategic Planning
o Develop and execute brand strategies for the cardiac portfolio.
o Identify growth opportunities and establish shortterm and longterm business objectives.
o Marketing Campaigns
o Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and market share.
o Create impactful promotional tools for the sales team and ensure their effective usage.
o Market Analysis
o Analyze market trends competition and customer needs to identify gaps and opportunities.
o Conduct regular field visits to understand customer and market dynamics.
o Team Collaboration
o Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales medical affairs and supply chain.
o Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
o Product Lifecycle Management
o Monitor the lifecycle of cardiac products including new launches and phaseout strategies.
o Ensure regulatory compliance and timely approvals for marketing activities.
o Budget Management
o Prepare and manage the marketing budget for the cardiac portfolio.
o Monitor expenditures and ROI of marketing campaigns.
o Leadership and Mentorship
o Lead mentor and guide product managers in the team.
o Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Indepth knowledge of the cardiac therapeutic area.

Education: Bachelors degree in pharmacy/Life Sciences; MBA/PGDM in Pharma Marketing or Marketing is preferred.
Experience: Good years in pharmaceutical marketing with at least 3 7 years of experience in the respective cardio/Oncology/ Nephrology segment.
