Job Description
Job Title: MIS Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical MIS Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business operations generating reports and providing insights to improve decisionmaking processes. This role requires strong technical skills an understanding of business operations and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Collect organize and maintain business data in a systematic manner.
Ensure data accuracy security and availability across systems.
Report Generation:
Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by stakeholders.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Data Analysis:
Analyze business data to identify trends patterns and anomalies.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
System Management:
Oversee the maintenance and functionality of MIS software and tools.
Coordinate with IT teams for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions.
Present data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 24 years of experience as an MIS Analyst Data Analyst or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Knowledge of database management systems and programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong problemsolving and data interpretation skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and focus in data handling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with large datasets and complex reporting systems.
Understanding of business intelligence and analytics tools.
Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms.
