We are seeking a talented Peoplesoft Developer to join our dynamic team. TheCity of Raleigh s Information Technology Department recognized for itsinnovation seeks a PeopleSoft Technology Analyst to be responsible fordesigning developing testing and implementing modifications to PeopleSoftHuman Capital Management and Finance modules across various city departments.
In addition to Peoplesoft experience strong analysis skillscommunication skills and creative problemsolving abilities are crucial forsuccess in this role. As a member of our matrixed Center of Excellence theideal candidate will have knowledge of application configuration anddevelopment a strong grasp of user and role security and the ability tocollaborate effectively with technical and business staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a primary technical resource for PeopleSoft incidents and servicerequests collaborate with stakeholders to meticulously gather and analyzerequirements for Peoplesoft application modifications.
Design and develop customizations integrations and enhancements withinthe Peoplesoft environment.
Assist in system upgrades patches and migrations as necessary.
Familiarize yourself with various software products used across the Cityto identify potential interfaces to meet client needs.
- Write clean efficient code that adheres to company standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure applications meet functional and performance requirements.
Typical Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in computer science or directly related field and twoyears of experience related to assignment.
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to performthe essential duties of the job.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of handson PeopleSoft experience
- Experience with other ERP systems or enterpriselevel application development.
- Certification in Peoplesoft application development or related technologies.
- ITIL certification

- Understanding of Peoplesoft architecture modules and components.
- Proficiency in PeopleTools (PeopleCode Application Engine Component Interface etc.).
- Experience with Peoplesoft Fluid User Interface development is a plus.
