Job Description
Top Qualifications:
- ITIL 4 experience (preferred certified)
- Incident Management experience (incident lifecycle best practices etc.)
- Incident Management Governance experience
- Knowledge of Incident Data Quality
Experience:
- 6 to 8 years
- Analyze geospatial data for insights and decisionmaking.
- Oversee geospatial projects to meet standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Develop and maintain geospatial databases.
- Use advanced geospatial tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Manage incidents related to geospatial data and systems.
- Implement ITIL V4 practices for incident management.
- Conduct audits and assessments of geospatial data and systems.
- Prepare and present reports on data analysis and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Stay updated with geospatial technology trends.
- Strong background in geospatial data analysis and management.
- Extensive experience in Incident Management and ITIL V4.
- Proficiency in advanced geospatial tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Certification: ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
