Job Description
Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Client: NYC Agency
Location: New York NY (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months
Work hours: 35hr/ week
Job Description:
Analyze the current EC3 publishing process and identify areas for automation.
Design and develop a wizard interface for the ES team to upload data (NYPA NGRID CONED) into EC3 without IT involvement.
Develop screens for the monthly data publishing process ensuring userfriendly access and functionality.
Implement automated QA validation processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Test the automation process thoroughly and address any issues or bugs identified during testing.
Provide training and support to the ES team on using the new automated interface.

Maintain Azure DevOps with proper Sprints Product Backlog Items and deliverables.
Regularly update stakeholders on project progress challenges and any changes to the scope.
Coordinate with IT ES and DEM teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
Prepare and present a final report summarizing the outcomes benefits and recommendations for future improvements.
MANDATORY SKILLS:
15 years of experience developing Microsoft ASP.NET applications using MVC 5 or higher
15 years of experience in SQL Server ()
7 years of experience with Microsoft Entity Framework or comparable ORM
5 years of experience with Vue or Angular or React HTML5 and CSS3
Experience with Azure cloud
Experience in server and application troubleshooting
Experience with using WebAPI or WCF
Experience in designing and developing robust database driven applications with advanced reporting functionalities.
Experience in design and implementation of user interfaces
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
Experience with using Azure DevOps
Experience setting up and deploying CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience in data integration/ETL specifically SSIS and Azure Data Factory
Experience working with REST web services and designing and developing json based data exchanges.
