JOB TITLE: Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst
LOCATION: Moses Lake WA
PAY RATE: $25.00 $35.00 per hour

Summary:
-
This role provides inperson phone and email help desk support while assisting with production activities and managing the Help Desk system alongside the Help Desk Lead.
-
The Senior Analyst offers training and mentorship to IT Help Desk Analysts and ensures seamless operations of the enterprise IT help desk.
-
Lead and mentor the IT Help Desk team setting and monitoring performance standards.
-
Administer the Help Desk system coordinate incidents/service requests and manage their resolution.
-
Deliver responsive customerfocused support and consistent followup on all interactions.
-
Perform handson IT tasks such as cable management workstation setups and hardware/software updates.
-
Develop project plans assist with IT initiatives and manage implementation through completion.
-
Troubleshoot technical issues maintain IT assets and support application training.
-
Ensure documentation integrity and prepare technical/administrative records and metrics.
-
Support hardware installations and repairs including workstations printers copiers and phones.
-
Comply with company information security requirements and policies.
Required Skills:
-
Associates degree (AA) or equivalent 5 years related experience or a combination of education and experience.
-
Experience with Windows 10 Microsoft 365 Active Directory and Windows Server ().
-
Cybersecurity/major incident response experience preferred.
-
Strong customer service communication and technical troubleshooting abilities.
-
Proficient in project management principles and technical documentation.
-
Ability to lead a team prioritize tasks under pressure and execute with attention to detail.
-
Must meet U.S. Person criteria under ITAR compliance.
-
Valid drivers license.
-
Ability to travel and lift up to 25 pounds.
