Maximo Implementation and Configuration:
o Lead and support the functional configuration and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions in alignment with client requirements.
o Configure Maximo modules including Asset Management Work Management Preventive Maintenance Inventory Management Procurement and other relevant modules.
o Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Functional Support & Training:
o Provide functional support and guidance to clients during the deployment and postdeployment phases.
o Conduct training sessions for endusers providing documentation and knowledge transfer on IBM Maximo functionality and best practices.
o Assist in the creation and execution of system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and golive support.
Business Process Analysis:
o Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities leveraging IBM Maximos capabilities.
o Provide recommendations on process improvements to drive efficiency compliance and cost savings.
System Integration:
o Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of IBM Maximo with other enterprise systems (ERP IoT CMMS etc.).
o Support data migration & conversion activities during the Maximo
implementation.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
o Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions or workarounds to ensure system stability and performance.
o Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams to resolve functionalrelated issues.
Documentation & Reporting:
o Prepare and maintain project documentation including business requirements configuration documents process flows and user manuals.
o Support report creation and the development of dashboards to meet business requirements.
Coordination:
o Lead biweekly sprint planning issue triaging and coordination with other resources
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
o Relevant certifications in IBM Maximo (such as IBM Certified Maximo Asset Management Functional Consultant) are highly preferred.
Experience:
o 10years of handson experience in implementing configuring and supporting IBM Maximo particularly in the areas of Asset Management Work Management Inventory and Procurement.
o Strong experience with business process analysis and mapping within the context of asset management or related industries.
o Experience with Maximo version upgrades system configuration and integration with other enterprise applications.
o Experience in clientfacing roles such as leading workshops gathering requirements and providing consulting services.
Technical Skills:
o Familiarity with IBM Maximo architecture integration capabilities & data models.
o Knowledge of Maximos integration with other tools and systems (e.g. SAP Oracle IoT platforms).
Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
o Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
o Clientfocused with strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Maximo Industry Solutions.
Experience with Maximo Asset Management in a cloud or SaaS environment.
