Job Description
MINIMUM 3 months previous travel experience REQUIRED NONNEGOTIABLE (more is preferred)
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following:
Thanksgiving and weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after
Local travelers who reside within 50 miles of facility are not eligible for this need.
Nonbillable orientation: 0hrs
OT is paid at regular rate
Holiday and CallBack Multipliers: 1.25%
Call: BR/hour
Requirement description : BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.
- 5 years of current Outpatient PACU experience Required
- MINIMUM 3 months previous travel experience REQUIRED NONNEGOTIABLE (more is preferred)
- Endo experience required Please note experience on profile!
- Previous Travel Preferred
- Bachelor Degree Preferred
- Work History/Resume
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Vermont
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Every 5th weekend
On Call Requirements : 1 night per week
