We are seeking for a Senior Specialist Marketing Campaign for our client a market leader in the consumer business space. He/she will oversee retention and acquisition marketing campaigns & is expected to be famailiar with SQL & Tableau. Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns from concept to execution ensuring alignment with business goals and target audiences.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign objectives.
- Drive market research and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy and content creation.
- Oversee the endtoend execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital email social media events etc.).
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials working closely with internal teams and external partners
- Monitor campaign performance in real time identifying optimization opportunities and making adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Work closely with the creative content digital and analytics teams to develop engaging campaign assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Partner with the sales and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with product launches and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support the successful execution of largescale campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns through postmortem analysis
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance highlighting successes challenges and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the continuous testing of new strategies and tactics to improve ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer marketing with at least 2 years in a campaign management role.
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics SEO SEM SQL) and experience with Tableau.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to different stakeholders.
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust campaigns for optimal results.
