Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Bengaluru ( Karnataka)
CTC : Upto 8LPA
Employment Type: FullTime
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by evaluating and approving project funding opportunities . This role involves financial analysis risk assessment and collaboration with internal teams and external clients to deliver sustainable funding solutions aligned with the bank's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop project financing opportunities.
- Evaluate funding requests through financial and risk analysis.
- Approve projects within authorization limits or recommend higherlevel approvals.
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Builder tie ups for APFs retail customers.
- Direct sourcing from builder channel.
- Well conversant with local developers’ market
- Tie up and maintaining relationships with them.
- Generate regular leads and track them till disbursal.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2 years in business development corporate banking or project financing.
- Skills: Financial analysis risk management negotiation and strong communication.
