Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with expertise in Indian School Finance to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions in Haryana. Candidates should have prior experience with companies like Varthana Profectus Ugro Capital and Enablecap. This is an individual contributor role focusing on client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with schools in the assigned regions.
- Provide customized financial solutions for educational institutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle and achieve business targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Graduation (must) in any field.
- 24 years of experience in Indian School Finance with exposure to Varthana Profectus Ugro Capital or Enablecap.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
