What You ll Get to Do:

Join our internal IT team as a Workday (WD) Developer where you ll be responsible for researching architecting designing and developing new Workday integrations and fully supporting and improving more than 100 existing critical integrations. In this role you will be a member of the Workday Integrations team working with HCM Accounting Benefits Procurement Payroll and Banking/AP teams to manage and support almost all aspects of business. In addition to our internal partners you will interact and direct external vendors and suppliers from banking procurement and benefits sectors as well as thirdparty consultants.

We are looking for selfstarters who can work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams supporting IT infrastructure and all aspects of our business. You will work closely with business analysts designers and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements quickly and flawlessly build solutions oversee quality assurance testing adhere to release management best practices and document findings.

More About the Role:

• Manage all aspects of integrations within the architecture of the Workday HCM and Financials modules.
• Design and develop all types of Workday integrations from the most complex Studio projects to simple but robust EIBs to solve immediate demands while overseeing testing and delivering errorfree production deployments.
• Provide daily support for inbound and outbound integration issues monitoring logs and notifications diagnosing problems quickly and providing fast but robust solutions.
• Perform routine break/fix support regression testing and support the inbound/outbound interfaces to the WD and vendor systems including multiple transports and various file and data encryption .
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis coding compose clear documentation and problem resolution.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure integrations function as designed based on functional and technical requirements.
• Consult with business and technical teams about interface design and maintenance; collaborate on design decisions.
• Understand and follow data governance and ensure attention to data quality.
• Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.
• Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards.

You ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 5 years of related work experience.
• Extensive experience with Workday Studio integration design troubleshooting and implementation.
• Experience in all other Workday integration types and implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors Data Transformations Boomerang).
• Adept at constructing custom reports tailored to specific business requirements including filters prompts and multiple business objects. Constructing errorfree and functioning RaaS enabled reports a must.
• An understanding of calculated fields is crucial with the ability to build troubleshoot and elucidate complex nested calculated fields applying them to custom reports and integration field overrides.
• Strong technical experience with XML and XSLT and debugging transformations utilizing latest toolsets (e.g. Oxygen).
• Some experience with BIRT and designing business document layouts for checks invoices purchase orders etc.
• Vast working knowledge of Workday core HR Payroll and Benefits business processes and supporting core connectors.
• Highly proficient in Workday core Financials business processes including banking procurement punchouts cXML and full suite of requisition/purchase order/invoicing processes and supporting core connectors.
• Experience working in an Agile work management environment including user story/bug/task management participating in daily standups and timely reporting of roadblocks and ongoing activities.
• Experience in project management business analysis gather and document requirements supervise UAT and obtain signoff for production deployment.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Experience in .Net technologies primarily C# Ado.Net WebAPI WCF
• Comfortable with Visual Studio development environment.
• Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL SOAP REST and WS standards) utilizing latest toolsets (e.g. Postman SoapUI).
• Experience with database architecture tables functional interactions and recognize and understand impacts to downstream systems; familiarity with database tools (e.g. SQL Server Management Studio)
• Selfstarter able to proactively handle issues and anticipate effective and rapid solutions with little direction.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients team members and leadership.
• Strong attention to detail problem solving troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently providing timely followup and resolution.
• Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented collaborative environment.
• Ability to communicate work and coordinate with third parties on data related inquiries.
