Location: 2 days onsite in Richmond VA days remote ( so if not local will need to relocate )

The Client is doing a modernization of their MS Dynamics Environment and they are looking for a Sr MS Dynamics CRM Techno/ Functional

Need to have 10/10 on Communication because you are working with the business ( they dont have BAs ) plus doing the technical work

They said it is a Lead but this person will not be leading any other consultants they are just leading their little section

Open to H1b GC US citizen

This is not exclusive to me but we have a person on the team that can help

This is a heads up from the Manager and people on our team. They said they just put it for approval through the system and it should be alive by Monday. So nothing is going to happen for a week or so. Dont want to hear about feedback etc

I am not allowed to have layers. This person must directly be working with you.

VDOT is looking for a D365 Lead to spearhead the deployment customization and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects especially in the Customer Engagement (CE) module. This role involves leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the CRM system to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Dataverse and the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

Aid in the requirements gathering fitgap analysis design configuration implementation testing and support of D365 solutions.

. Serves as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all CRM development related issues concerns and needs.

Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Customer Service and Power Apps/Automate development.

Design develop new web components using .NET SQL Azure Power Platform (Dynamics 365 Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse) and C#.

Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization configuration development deployment and usage.

Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.

Manage entity ownership; manage entity properties; understand system and custom entities

Implement workflows; identify workflow types; implement dialogs and custom actions; identify when to use business process flows workflow dialogs and custom actions.

Create business process flows; enable business process flows; work with steps stages and categories; work with multiple entities; use conditional branching; implement roledriven business process flows.

Strong knowledge of Microsofts licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platforms use at VDOT.

Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements recommendations technical analysis etc.) on platform usage.

Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.

Function as a liaison between IT and the business units; serve as a point of contact for issue logging tracking and resolution.

Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other technology offerings when gathering requirements; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives to meet business needs.

Contribute to improving our processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program.

Preferred Experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator)

Experience as a D365 Technical Lead

Required 5 Years

Experience with creating and managing of solution using Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service.

Required 8 Years

Experience with customization and implementation of Forms Views PlugIns Workflows and BPFs in D365

Required 8 Years

Custom development experience using .Net JavaScript and C#

Required 8 Years

Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse

Required 3 Years

Experience with using standard & premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate

Required 3 Years

Experience in SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 services
