A leading IT company is seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities nurturing leads and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to build relationships with prospects effectively communicate product benefits and meet sales targets in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels such as databases social media referrals and industry events.
- Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce products/services qualify leads and assess their needs.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and virtual meetings to showcase solutions addressing customer pain points and demonstrating the value proposition.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update CRM with accurate data on lead status sales activities and customer information.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Teams: Work closely with marketing and other sales team members to align on strategies lead generation tactics and conversion goals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations close deals and ensure smooth transition to the account management or customer success team.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market conditions to better understand client needs and enhance sales efforts.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales telesales or a similar role preferably in industry.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
