Job Description
As a WordPress Developer with design skills you ll be at the forefront of creating and migrating highquality websites using cuttingedge tools like WordPress Elementor and Astro Pro. You ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from boutique lodging websites to unique small business sites across different sectors. This role offers a perfect blend of technical challenges and creative design work allowing you to showcase your full range of skills. You ll be instrumental in streamlining the company s website development and migration processes contributing to the growth and success of both the agency and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually stunning and highly functional WordPress websites using Elementor and Astro Pro themes
- Lead the migration of 300400 websites from a custom CMS to WordPress optimizing the process for efficiency
- Maintain design consistency and functionality across multiple projects while adhering to clientspecific requirements
- Customize and integrate plugins to enhance website capabilities and meet unique client needs
- Collaborate with account managers to understand project scopes and deliver tailored solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth website operations
- Contribute to improving and streamlining the agency s website development workflow
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices to ensure cuttingedge solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in WordPress development with a strong portfolio showcasing both technical and design capabilities
- Proficiency in Elementor and Astro Pro themes with the ability to customize and optimize their features
- Strong HTML CSS and JavaScript skills with an eye for creating visually appealing user interfaces
- Experience in website migration between different platforms and CMSs
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and crossbrowser compatibility
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities and teamwork orientation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest web development trends
