Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Finance Officer to join their team.
The role involves notifying outstanding providers about their noneligibility for FY 202324 funding due to incomplete data submissions finalizing and updating the funding agreement for FY 202425 reconciling property management and funding agreements to verify contractual relationships and eligibility and reviewing FY 202324 data reports for any irregularities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send a letter to all outstanding providers regarding noneligibility of receive funding for FY 202324 if they havent submitted the required data by September 2024.
- Finalise the Funding agreement for FY 2024/25 Update any necessary changes to the funding agreement for FY 202425 and review and finalise it for FY 202425.
- Property reconciliation between management agreements and funding agreements to confirm the contractual relationships between managing providers and owning providers as well as funding eligiblity of the property.
- Receive and review FY 2023/24 data gathering reports and review for any abnormal movements.
Selection Criteria:
- Ability to effectively notify and correspond with providers regarding funding eligibility.
- Skill in reviewing data reports and agreements for accuracy and identifying abnormal movements.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and reports to assess funding eligibility and discrepancies.
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders including managing providers and owning providers.
