Requirements

  • Must live in the United States of America.
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of working in a remote environment
  • 2 years of call center experience
  • A genuine passion for helping and connecting with people
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment
  • Empathy and patience to handle diverse customer needs
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must provide your own PC or Laptop (No MAC or chromebook)
  • Must provide hardwired high speed internet (No wifi)

Must have access to a Windows computer Quiet, professional environment for taking calls Ability to type at least 40 words per minute Intermediate computer proficiency Must be able to speak with a happy tone, and professional
