The company is seeking to hire a dedicated Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and developing strategies to drive business growth. You will also be involved in market research creating proposals and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate favorable contracts for distribution pricing and payment terms.
- Implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research analyze competitors and develop marketing plans to promote the companys brands and products.
- Plan and execute product launches and promotions.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Lead and motivate a sales team set sales targets and provide training and coaching.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing with a focus on consumer products.
- Strong understanding of the tobacco industry is a plus including regulations trends and consumer behavior.
