What you will be doing:

- Proactively handle incoming leads via phone email and CRM.
- Develop a robust network by fostering longterm relationships with clients through consistent engagement.
- Utilise proven sales methodologies to guide clients smoothly from offer to purchase and transfer.
- Maintain accurate CRM records ensuring all client data lead sources and transaction progress are uptodate.
- Provide expert advice on market trends investment returns and rental yields.
- Help property owners maximize their investments with strategic resale advice rental assessments and insights on capital growth.
- Offer input on pricing product design and competitor analysis during project planning phases.
- Handle client processes like customisation handovers and query resolution.
Who you are:
- Over 5 years of expertise in highvalue property sales or financial/investment advisory roles.
- Consistently exceeded sales targets demonstrating a resultsdriven approach.
- Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce.com and advanced Excel for investment analysis.
- Strong understanding of the Cape Town property market particularly the Atlantic Seaboard and CBD.
- Maintains a solid client base of past buyers and potential highvalue real estate customers.
