A winner of the prestigious 50Partners incubation program the startup launched in June 2024the worlds first Automated Market Maker (AMM) KYC solution for financial institutions andpayment platforms. Our technology significantly reduces FX transaction costs achieving T0settlements with no intermediary fees. After securing initial transactions in USD/EUR we areexpanding to GBP JPY and CHF corridors by 2025.
As we embark on a new growth phase and a strategic funding round we are looking for aBusiness Developer to support our commercial team in driving partnerships with bankspayment institutions accounting software providers and treasury management systems acrossEurope.
What Youll Do
As a key member of our commercial team you will:
Build and expand a portfolio of B2B2 prospects focusing on European markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within financial institutions and softwareproviders.
Manage leads generated by the acquisition team and convert them into strategicpartnerships.
Negotiate commercial terms and drive deals to successful closure.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies and CRM processes.
Contribute to the communication on SolideFinances social media.
WhoYouAre
Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B2 business development ideally within fintechblockchain or payments.
Skills:
Strong understanding of payment and blockchain technology and ecosystems.
Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles with highlevel stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Resultsdriven with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
