Job Description
About The Role
As a UI/UX designer you will have a key role in our development cycle for new and existing products. You will be part of all phases of the design lifecycle from idea conception to interface design execution and user testing. Be familiar with product specifications and user psychology. Create usercentred designs by understanding business requirements the voice of the customer user journeys customer feedback and usability findings. Quickly and iteratively create user flows wireframes prototypes storyboards and low and highfidelity mockups around customer needs while collaboratively working with a team of developers in an exciting dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
Translate actionable insights from research into low and highfidelity mockups patterns prototypes and developmentready specifications.
Engage with product management engineering and business stakeholders to understand the project
Develop and present documentation user flows annotated wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
Leverage user testing to make product improvements
Handson designing and creative skills
Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
Understand the brief from the team and come out withoutofthebox ideas
Plan and illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement size type style and related aesthetics.
Requirements
Proficient in visual design and wire framing tools like Figma Adobe Creative Cloud
Knowledge in solving complex user problems through user interface design creating mockups and prototypes (low and highfidelity) and documenting interaction patterns for product UI.
Can demonstrate design skills for creating visually compelling artifacts icons highfidelity mockups and other graphical elements for user interfaces.
Strong understanding of design principles (typography layout imagery color creating efficiencies in visual design workflows etc.).
Experience in designing and maintaining large applications on the web tablet and mobile.
Proven communication skills and an ability to drill down to a customers requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent degree in Design or a related field of study
01 years of experience in design
Proficient in visual design and wire framing tools like Figma Ado Creative Cloud etc.
Proven communication skills and an ability to drill down to a customers requirements
A portfolio of design work must be presented
