We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the innovation and evolution of our Business Analysis practice. This role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders utilizing traditional and innovative tools and ensuring technology solutions meet business needs. As a key member of the team you will focus on driving positive transformation enhancing the user experience and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis and Project Management:

• Collaborate with Program and Project Managers to deliver timely highquality outcomes with a focus on user experience.
  
• Develop relationships across geographies and cultures ensuring diverse contributions to solutions.
  
• Define project scope and translate complex information into clear businessfriendly concepts.
  
• Utilize tools like process mapping requirements elicitation and Business Case writing to ensure project success.
  

2. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead diverse teams within an inclusive culture that values individual contributions.
  
• Mentor and guide team members fostering skill development and career growth.
  
• Act as a role model promoting collaboration and positivity within the team.
  

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various levels providing constructive challenges where necessary.
  
• Analyze highlevel business processes and problems presenting solutions and options effectively.
  
• Adapt to a fastpaced environment managing change while aligning with business objectives.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology.
  
• Experience: 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in roles centered around process transformation and improving user experience.

• Proven experience in mentoring and managing teams.
  
• Strong collaboration skills with an open flexible and positive approach.
  
• Expertise in handling complex partnership models and selecting appropriate analysis and delivery styles.
  
• Exceptional ability to distill complex information into clear and concise business concepts.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and a creative approach to addressing business challenges.
  

Desirable Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
  
• Experience in designing user experiences and applying design thinking principles.
  
• Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
