Job Description
Be part of our client s team as a Platform Administrator where you ll manage IT infrastructure enhance system performance and ensure operational resilience. You ll tackle advanced support requests maintain cloud services and implement security best practices all while driving continuous improvements and contributing to the success of an industryleading mortgage company.
Job Overview
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Work Setup: Onsite (Bogot /Medell n)
What You ll Do: Key Responsibilities That Matter
- Collaborate and Strategize: Work with the IT team to achieve technical and strategic objectives.
- Manage Technology Infrastructure: Support and administer IT infrastructure applications systems and services including Active Directory DNS DHCP Exchange and Print Services.
- Enhance Virtualization and Cloud Services: Maintain and optimize virtualized environments and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Administer Core Applications: Oversee and support the Loan Origination System (LOS) application.
- Ensure Disaster Recovery: Manage system backups and contribute to disaster recovery planning to ensure operational continuity.
- Resolve Escalated Issues: Address advanced support requests via a ticketing system assisting both local and remote users.
- Strengthen Security: Identify vulnerabilities and implement security best practices to protect systems.
- Maintain Documentation: Create and update detailed documentation for system configurations procedures and troubleshooting.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance platform performance and security.

- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Selfstarter mindset with the ability to lead and complete major projects independently.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools (highly desirable).
- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS and Azure including Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Experience with Mac and Linux system administration.
- Basic networking skills.
- Familiarity with core technologies including:
- Active Directory
- DNS
- Mail Flow
- Office 365
- VMware ESXi
- AWS and Azure
- Azure Virtual Desktop
Key Skills
- Proficiency in system administration.
- Handson experience with Windows and Linux systems.
- Knowledge of virtualization and cloud platforms.
- Ability to manage projects and handle escalations independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g. PowerShell Bash).
- Advanced knowledge of AWS (EC2 S3) and Azure Networking or Virtual Desktop.
