What are we looking for
As a Customer Success Coach you will be the primary point of contact for our customers setting the stage for their experience with Alter. You will be responsible for knowing our product inside and out and will be able to answer questions and troubleshoot the hardware wearable and app.
You will provide Customer Support via multiple communication channels through key parts of the Alter experience including:
Daily Workouts & Recovery as informed by DNA and biometrics
Sleep data that helps optimize recovery to achieve fitness goals
Coaching members on our strength cardio and workin modalities
DNAbased nutrition insights and plans
Stress Management though breathwork and meditation
Essential Responsibilities/Duties
Answer incoming customer phone calls as well as emails live chat and SMS as needed
Review customer questions; providing guidance or escalating to other teams as appropriate
Approach every interaction with professionalism using internal tools for guidance
Work collaboratively with leader peers and other departments
Remain calm under pressure and adapt as volume or situations require
Lead with empathy and ensure that customer s needs are met
Communicate effectively and deliver difficult messages as needed
Continuously provide feedback to management on internal processes and procedures
Must be motivated resilient and take ownership for a positive customer experience
Meet or exceed all department metrics as outlined by Management
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse Workday Zoho) and productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive problemsolving mindset.
