Job Title: PGT Physics (Post Graduate Teacher in Physics)
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Instruction:
- Deliver physics lessons in a clear engaging and studentfriendly manner.
- Develop and implement lesson plans schemes of work and curriculum outlines in line with the educational standards.
- Teach concepts of Physics (both theoretical and practical) as per the syllabus (CBSE ICSE or state board).
- Prepare students for exams by providing indepth understanding and solving previous years question papers.
- Curriculum Development and Planning:
- Design and update curriculum materials assignments and activities.
- Create and implement learning strategies methods and resources tailored to the students needs.
- Maintain a balanced approach in teaching theoretical knowledge and practical applications.
- Assessments and Evaluations:
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments of student progress.
- Evaluate students academic performance through written tests assignments projects and practical exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to guide their improvement.
- Student Engagement:
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment for students.
- Encourage critical thinking and problemsolving skills through experiments demonstrations and discussions.
- Identify struggling students and offer additional support or remedial lessons.
- Classroom Management:
- Ensure a wellorganized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage student behavior and provide a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Laboratory Supervision:
- Supervise physics lab activities ensuring that students conduct experiments safely.
- Demonstrate experiments and explain the underlying principles of physics concepts.
- Parental Interaction:
- Communicate regularly with parents about students progress and performance.
- Organize parentteacher meetings (PTMs) and inform parents of any concerns related to academics or behavior.
- Professional Development:
- Attend workshops seminars and conferences related to teaching and physics education.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the subject and teaching methods.
- Extracurricular Activities:
- Encourage students to participate in science fairs quiz competitions or other cocurricular activities related to physics.
- Organize and participate in school events that promote the learning of science.
Skills and Qualifications:
Working Conditions:
- Fulltime position.
- May require afterschool hours for preparing lessons grading and conducting extracurricular activities.

Requirements
M.Sc Physics with 2 to 3 years of experience in teaching
preferably in the education secteacher development needs Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage training initiatives Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and curriculum will be an added advantage

Qualifications: MBA with technical expertise (preferred)
