Job Description
We are an IT Solutions Integrator/Consulting Firm helping our clients hire the right professional for an exciting long term project. Here are a few details.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement endtoend Varicent (v10) solutions.
- Configure and customize Varicent Workflow and Webform components.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data integration and reporting.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless implementation of Varicent solutions.
- Maintain system performance and ensure compliance with ITIL processes and Agile methodology.
- Provide troubleshooting debugging and support for Varicent systems.
- Document processes configurations and user guides.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years in software development.
- At least 3 years of solutioning and programming experience with Varicent ICM.
- Minimum of 6 years in software development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Varicent Workflow and Webform component.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data management.
- Varicent certification and Python skills (preferred).
- Proficiency in Varicent Workflow and Webform component.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and technical problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently manage deadlines and maintain highquality outputs under pressure.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Methodologies:
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Varicent certification.
- Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
