Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Ionic Manager to lead our mobile development team in creating cuttingedge hybrid mobile applications. As the manager you will oversee project timelines ensure quality standards and provide strategic direction for app development initiatives using the Ionic framework. You will play a key role in driving innovation optimizing workflows and mentoring team members to deliver highperformance applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of hybrid mobile applications using Ionic
- Lead a team of developers providing guidance mentorship and performance feedback
- Manage project timelines resource allocation and budget to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure that code quality app performance and user experience meet industry standards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define app features prioritize tasks and resolve challenges
- Keep uptodate with the latest developments in mobile technology and integrate new tools or methods as needed
- Ensure proper integration of APIs and backend services in mobile applications
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field with significant experience in mobile app development
- Advanced expertise in Ionic framework Angular/React HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams or projects
- Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture design patterns and performance optimization
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs cloud services and backend integrations
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
