Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Vue.js Manager to lead our frontend development efforts in building scalable and highperformance web and mobile applications. In this role you will oversee the development team manage project timelines and ensure the implementation of best practices in frontend development using the Vue.js framework. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation enhancing user experiences and aligning development efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and maintenance of user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Vue.js
- Manage a team of frontend developers providing mentorship guidance and performance feedback
- Oversee project timelines resource allocation and ensure successful delivery of applications
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration with backend services
- Optimize application performance security and scalability while adhering to best practices
- Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and advancements in the Vue.js ecosystem
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and collaboration within the team
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field with extensive experience in frontend development
- Proven experience leading teams and managing projects particularly with Vue.js
- Strong expertise in Vue.js JavaScript HTML and CSS with a solid understanding of modern frontend build tools and practices
- Familiarity with backend technologies and API integration is a plus
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining highquality standards
