Job Description

JDJ Diagnostics is looking for recently qualified BSC Graduates to assist with Quality Assurance this is a permanent position based in Musgrave.

REQUIREMENTS:

Completed BSC Qualification.

Must be able to work long hours when required.

Laboratory experience will be advantageous.

Will be on a 7pm to 4am shift.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

DOCUMENT CONTROL:

Formatting Policies Procedures SOPs & Documentation on the Intranet.

Controlling of documents on the Document Control System (SOP & ECS).

Filing and retrieval of documents electronically as well as manually.

Faxing photocopying and distribution of documents.

Assisting with checking outdated documents and ensure that they are reviewed/current.

Controlling of documents for international laboratories.

Controlling & distribution of all SANAS schedules.

Updating all laboratory organograms.

TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT:

Comply with Total Quality Management Systems.

Comply with training requirements including personal development.

GENERAL:

General administration/secretarial duties:

Telephone & reception duties.

General typing.

Management of QA Division Equipment.

Minuting of meetings.

Drafting and responding to emails.
