Job Overview:
As a UI/UX Lead you hold a pivotal role in overseeing the design and user experience aspects of digital products and ensuring that they align with the organizations goals and user needs. Your responsibilities extend beyond individual design tasks; youll be involved in guiding the overall UI/UX strategy leading a team of designers and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Strategy: Develop and execute UI/UX strategies that align with the organizations business objectives and user needs. Define design principles standards and best practices to guide the design process.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of UI/UX designers providing mentorship guidance and feedback to help them grow and excel in their roles. Delegate tasks set priorities and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers marketers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements define user stories and ensure alignment between design and business goals.
- User Research: Oversee user research activities to gain insights into user needs preferences and behaviors. Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations that improve the overall user experience.
- Prototyping and Wireframing: Lead the creation of wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions. Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing to refine the user experience.
- Visual Design: Ensure consistency and coherence in visual design across digital products and platforms. Oversee the creation of visually appealing and brandaligned designs that enhance usability and engagement.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement. Analyze test results and iterate on designs to address user pain points and enhance usability.
- Accessibility: Advocate for accessibility best practices and ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines. Champion inclusivity and usability for users of all abilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors providing regular updates on design progress presenting design proposals and addressing feedback and concerns.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- UI/UX Design Expertise: Extensive experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process problemsolving skills and the ability to deliver highquality design solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team foster collaboration and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
- UserCentered Design: Deep understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies with a focus on empathy usability and humancomputer interaction.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about design and user experience considering longterm goals market trends and business objectives in design decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar as well as a solid understanding of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and design systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts influence stakeholders and advocate for user experience excellence.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong problemsolving skills to analyze complex design challenges identify root causes and develop innovative solutions that address user needs and business requirements.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to plan track and oversee design projects from concept to delivery.
- Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated on UI/UX trends emerging technologies and best practices through selfdirected learning attending conferences and participating in professional development opportunities.
