Job Overview:
We are seeking a JavaScript Executive to lead our frontend development efforts in creating dynamic and interactive web applications. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and optimizing user interfaces using JavaScript and related frameworks. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality deliverables and drive best practices in web development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using JavaScript and related frameworks
Ensure code quality through best practices code reviews and testing
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and enhance application functionality
Optimize application performance and user experience across different devices
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning and improvement within the team
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in JavaScript and web development technologies
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field with significant experience in frontend development
Strong expertise in JavaScript HTML CSS and modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React Angular or Vue.js)
Proven experience in leading development teams or projects
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
