As a Junior Business Researcher you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organizations strategic decisionmaking process by conducting thorough research analyzing data and providing actionable insights. Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key trends opportunities and challenges within our industry. Utilize a variety of research methods including surveys interviews and data analysis to gather relevant information.
Competitive Intelligence: Research and analyze competitors strategies products pricing and market positioning. Identify competitive strengths and weaknesses to inform our organizations strategic initiatives.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect organize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources including internal databases industry reports and market research studies. Utilize statistical tools and techniques to derive meaningful insights.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends technological advancements and regulatory changes that may impact our business. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on emerging trends and their implications.
Report Generation: Prepare clear and concise reports presentations and dashboards summarizing research findings and insights. Communicate findings effectively to internal stakeholders including senior management to support decisionmaking processes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and sales to provide research support for various projects and initiatives. Work closely with team members to understand research needs and deliver timely and relevant insights.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of developments in research methodologies data analysis techniques and industry best practices. Proactively seek opportunities for skill development and growth within the role.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Marketing or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SPSS or SAS.
Excellent research skills including the ability to gather information from multiple sources and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
