Position Summary: My client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent to support the companys growth and strategic goals. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and recruiting candidates with a focus on building a diverse and skilled workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- FullCycle Recruiting: Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job posting sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels including social media job boards and professional networks.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs create job descriptions and develop recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity regulations.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the companys employer brand through participation in career fairs networking events and online recruitment platforms.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations during the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
