Education Manager Blockchain Curriculum Developer
Location: Fully Remote (Global)

About the Role
We are working with an innovative organisation that focuses on harnessing emerging technologies to advance education research and innovation globally. They are dedicated to tackling multidisciplinary challenges by leveraging technologies such as blockchain AI and IoT.
This role is ideal for an experienced Education Manager with expertise in smart contract development and a passion for empowering learners through engaging educational content. You will design develop and maintain courses and technical materials aimed at developers and computer science students.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Create comprehensive courses and modules focused on smart contract development and blockchain technologies ensuring they align with industry standards.
- Content Creation: Develop highquality technical materials including stepbystep coding guides explanatory articles and documentation tailored for developers and students.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align educational content with broader goals and communication strategies.
- Technical Writing: Produce clear concise documentation for smart contract development on platforms like Ethereum Solidity Hedera and XRPL.
- Mentorship: Support and train junior team members in developing skills and knowledge of smart contract technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update materials to reflect the latest industry advancements and best practices.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 35 years in educational content creation and technical writing within blockchain and smart contract domains.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity Ethereum Hedera and XRPL.
- Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field. Background in instructional design or education is advantageous.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Team Collaboration: Proven experience working in crossfunctional teams.
