POSITION: Microbiology Section Lab Supervisor (Full Time Days)
LOCATION: Modesto California
WORK ARRANGEMENTS: Onsite

Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead and supervise the microbiology section ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance
- Drive quality assurance initiatives to maintain highest standards of laboratory testing accuracy
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative professional environment
- Optimize laboratory workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and patient care
- Partner with medical staff to ensure timely accurate diagnostic results
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards including CAP and CLIA requirements
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology Biological Science or related field
- Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
- ASCP Registry certification preferred
- 3 years clinical laboratory experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Expertise in microbiology testing procedures and quality control protocols
- Strong track record of regulatory compliance and quality assurance
- Experience with laboratory information systems and modern diagnostic equipment
