Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist youll manage customer inquiries and resolve issues exclusively through email and live chatno phone support involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email with clear and prompt communication
- Moderate usergenerated content to ensure compliance with company policies
- Identify and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to maintain platform security
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with teammates to enhance processes and improve customer experiences
- Provide precise information using the best tools and resources available
- Meet personal and team performance targets
- Work with internal and client teams to ensure seamless support delivery
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on moderation guidelines
- Support multiple workflows clients and markets as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
