IT Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager
TrisianGlobal Consulting LLC is recruiting for an IT Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager with the ability to leverage technology to drive business success. In this role you will oversee the entire project lifecycle by collaborating with internal team of subject matter experts and external consultants. This involves scheduling delegating monitoring and prioritizing several ongoing standardized projects and working with program managers and department leads to intake work related to larger strategic efforts. This position is responsible for owning the delivery of projects by managing project timelines tasks resources user expectations and communication.
This is a full time position working onsite in Memphis TN.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages third party resources assigned to projects.
- Performs appropriate scope analysis and lessons learned.
- Identifies and establishes stakeholders and appropriate project governance.
- Identifies and schedules appropriate project team resources.
- Formulates functional requirements defines and documents the scope and objectives of the project based on user needs and demonstrates a thorough understanding of business processes.
- Develops and executes rollout strategies cutover plans enduser training support and enduser documentation.
- Responsible for all project communications.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in business administration information management MIS supply chain accounting or related field is required.
- Two years of experience managing third party technical resources is required.
- Project or Project Management Certification is required.
- Two years of proven experience managing projects related to cloud migrations enterprise business suite applications or integration platform implementations is highly preferred.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic SQL experience or report writing is preferred.
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills

This position is responsible for owning the delivery of projects by managing project timelines tasks resources user expectations and communication.
The ideal candidate will help teams expand their project management competencies by ensuring they have well defined backlogs prioritizing tasks conducting capacity exercises and identifying opportunities for process improvement to improve overall work efficiency.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Manages third party resources assigned to Helena projects.
- Performs appropriate scope analysis and lessons learned.
- Identifies and establishes stakeholders and appropriate project governance.
- Identifies and schedules appropriate project team resources.
- Formulates functional requirements defines and documents the scope and objectives of the project based on user needs and demonstrates a thorough understanding of Helenas business processes.
- Develops and executes rollout strategies cutover plans enduser training support and enduser documentation.
- Responsible for all project communications.

- Ability to read write and speak in English is required.
- Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.
- Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB
The work environment for this position is that of a typical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet. This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk hear walk stand and sit. You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
